How do we use contact information?

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information;

• Your name, surname and email address when you sign in for the newsletter.
• Communications between you and Catching the Potential. For example, service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the service, technical and security notices). You may opt-out of service-related emails.

How do we collect this information

We do not keep a record of your visit to our website, there are no cookies so no worries. We only collect email addresses when you sign up for the Newsletter or when you Join Us.

What do we do with your information

We will only use your data to send you newsletters and updates. In addition, your data will be saved when you email us this way we can respond to your questions. We won’t use your data for anything else. Your personal data will not be shared unless consent is given.

How long do you store my personal data?

If you are signed up to the newsletter, we store your Personal Data for the time during which this project exists (2022), or when you sign out. At the end of the project, we will give you the possibility to sign up with ProSea or one of the other partners, otherwise, we’ll delete your Personal Data from the main database, without the possibility to recover it.

After the expiration of the periods described above, your Data will be erased, excluding the following data:

• name
• surname
• and information about expressed consent

We’ll store this data only for as long as we need to handle complaints and manage claims related to the use of the Service, and for as long as is required by tax and accounting regulations.

Social media

If you follow us on LinkedIn we will keep your LinkedIn profile data for the remainder of the project. We will delete all tags and hashtags at the end of the project.
